Colorado Legislative Proceedings

The State of Colorado provides access for the public citizen, via the open web,  to current and previous session records, 1997 to present, including proposed bills; committee reports, fiscal notes; current votes and final laws.  Live video of House and Senate proceedings, when they are in session. Archived Videos since the 2008 Session are also available.  Live audio of House & Senate Chambers & all Committee Proceedings, are available, when the committees are in session.   House proceedings are summarized  in the House Journals and Calendars.   The history behind House and Senate bills can sometimes be obtained by interviewing the sponsor of the bill or by researching issues through newspaper and news bureau coverage.
