Services we provide

  • Classes for beginning or advanced researchers on any topic or for any curriculum
  • Research guides, online videos or podcasts for your class
  • Navigating Library Research -- the Blackboard or eCollege library course -- non-credit and open to all students at CCD, MSCD and UCD
  • One on one or group research consultations
  • Give your class an embedded librarian - on your syllabus, in your course shell
  • TA  or grad student training
  • Orientations (train the trainers) for student leaders and campus groups 

Faculty development:

  • learn about the latest tools and databases in your research area
  • learn how to link online resources/articles and use the library in your online course
  • new faculty orientation
  • consultations

Collaborate with a librarian to find ways to provide an integrated and meaningful library research experience for your students.
