AskAuraria!
Using two libraries
You have access to material at both the Health Sciences Library and the Auraria Library.
Where we have the same databases there may be different vendors. The interface (look and functionality) will be different, you can use the one you prefer!
Each library has collections that are vastly different. Auraria Library supports a liberal arts curriculum and a wide range of resources. Health Sciences Library supports a medical and health curriculum.
This guide provides links to resources at each library. You will need to use your campus ID number to access Auraria Library material from off campus. Use your VPN to access material at Health Sciences.

Welcome to your libraries!
Research is non-linear. Keep an open mind and explore.
Your selection of databases and use of search terms are two critical areas when developing a search strategy. In class we will focus on only a few databases. This guide will provide links to many other important databases and resources. Use them! Even if you don't think they are pertinent to your topic. You just never know where you might find a bit of useful information.
Browse important journals in your area. Serendipity is a great search technique and "open mind" browsing is it's engine.
Contact me. We can meet for a research consultation, a question or an introduction to library services.
This guide is a collaborative resource. Suggest changes and add comments.
Make use of the user contribution box to add links that others in the class will find useful
