Over 8,000 films and 95,000 video clips covering a spectrum of subjects. Can browse by subject (psychology and sociology would be most relevant for this class).
Find Videos via Start My Research
The fastest way to find videos Auraria Library has access to is by using the Start My Research search box on Auraria Library's homepage.
Type in the title of a video or keywords that describe your subject. Example searches:
Civil War
sustainable food
counseling teenagers
hip hop
Then click "Media Only" under the search box. This limits your search to streaming videos, DVDs, streaming audio, and CDs.
Click Search.
On the results page, the icon to the left of a title indicates if the item is online. Under the title and description, you can determine if an item is a Streaming Video, Streaming Audio, DVD, or other media type. If the item is online, click on the title to get immediate access!
If you want to limit results to streaming videos only, on the results page on the left side of the page under Content Type, uncheck all content types that are not Streaming Video.
